| Casa Cielito Lindo is a welcoming beach bungalow where you will enjoy the essential features of a Vieques vacation: Simplicity, Relaxation, Adventure, Freedom and Beauty. Located in Esperanza, the small fishing community on the southern side of Vieques, Casa Cielito Lindo is the first house around the corner from the Malecón (Boardwalk). Just a few steps take you to local shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, a bakery and several nearby beaches. The house sits surrounded by fruit trees. The spacious front yard allows a view of Esperanza Bay beyond our Flamboyan tree. The beauty of Vieques goes beyond sight. It is felt by the warm tropical weather, the taste of the delicious local foods and the relaxing sound of breaking waves on its many unspoiled beaches. The rustic scenery is highlighted by the wild horses roaming freely on the beaches and in the fields. You can enjoy the surreal experience of swimming in the glowing waters at night in the world's best bioluminiscent bays. At the day's end relax and enjoy the tropical breeze from our porch, eat a mango from our tree or take a walk to the Malecón to view the sunset and mingle with the locals. In addition to the natural beauty of Vieques, there are many activities for the adventurous spirit including kayaking, mountain biking, snorkeling, sailing and fishing.
